Chocolate
and Ginger Sauce
Delicious
served over your favourite ice cream or sponge cake.
Ingredients:
150ml milk
2 tbsp
cream
55g plain
chocolate
30g butter
1 tbsp
golden syrup
1 tbsp
freshly grated ginger
Preparation:
- In saucepan, bring milk to boil and add cream.
Keep warm.
- In heat proof bowl, mix together chocolate and
butter. Add grated ginger, golden syrup, and hot milk mixture.
Stir until melted and blended well.
- Sieve sauce and keep warm until ready to serve.
