Coconut Meringues
A coconut twist on a British
Tradition.
Ingredients:

Egg Whites
120g
Tate + Lyle Caster Sugar
100g
Desiccated Coconut
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Whisk egg whites until soft then gradually
whiskin sugar. Stir in coconut.
- Place baking parchment on a baking tray.
- Pipe or spoon onto the baking tray. Bake
for about1- 1 1/2 hours or until crisp.
