Lemon Curd Ice Cream
Impress your next dinner guests
with this decadent dessert.
Ingredients:

ml heavy cream
340g
jar of MacKays Lemon Curd
1/2
lemon, zest & juice
Preparation:
- Using a mixer, whisk cream until soft peaks form.
Add lemon curd, lemon zest and juice and mix together.
- Spread in a serving dish and freeze for at least
4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Divide and serve.
