Mackerel, Rocket & Apple Salad
with Horseradish, Apple & Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients:
4
Smoked Mackerel Filletts
100g Rocket
2 Apples
1 tbsp
Colmans Horseradish Sauce
6 tbsp
Sour Cream
Lemon Juice
Preparation:
- Remove the skin from the mackereland break into
large flakes. Divide the rocket between four plates.
- Cut 1 apple into pieces and arrange with
the mackerel on the four plates.
- Mix together the horseradish and sour cream.
Peel and grate the remaining apple into the dressing. Add a squeeze
of lemon juice and some pepper. Spoon over the salad and serve
immediately.
